NodeStake is live as a Genesis Validator on Monad mainnet. We announced it on X — see the post at https://x.com/NodeStake_top/status/1992956509630972338 — and this is the longer-form version of why we're excited.
What Monad is
Monad is a high-performance EVM Layer 1 that re-architects the execution and consensus layer beneath the EVM without changing the developer-facing surface. Same Solidity, same bytecode, same tooling — re-engineered consensus (MonadBFT), parallel execution, and a custom state database (MonadDB) underneath.
The result is an EVM chain that targets throughput and finality numbers that are not feasible on a sequential EVM, while preserving the developer experience that made the EVM the dominant smart-contract platform. Monad positions itself as the fastest decentralised EVM chain — and on the metrics that matter (block time, finality, sustained TPS, validator-set diversity) it has the strongest claim to that label of any L1 we operate on.
Our history with Monad
NodeStake has been a Monad validator since the testnet phase. We've been producing blocks, surviving upgrades, and feeding back operational signal to the Monad team for many months — long enough that the move to mainnet was not a new integration, it was a promotion of infrastructure we already knew how to run.
We've also been in close contact with the Monad team throughout. That relationship is part of why we were ready to move on genesis height with the hardware spec, monitoring, and SRE coverage already in place.
Genesis Validator + Foundation delegation
As part of becoming a mainnet Genesis Validator, NodeStake has received a delegation from the Monad Foundation. We treat that as a meaningful signal — Foundation delegations on a new mainnet go to operators the team has watched perform under load, not to operators that just showed up at genesis.

What's next
Monad is one of the most promising EVM chains we operate on, and we plan to grow with the ecosystem. Beyond validation, we'll be providing additional infrastructure services — RPC endpoints, snapshots, monitoring tooling, and ecosystem support — to help applications and operators bootstrap on Monad with the same institutional bar we hold ourselves to on the 50+ networks we already run.
About NodeStake
NodeStake is an institutional-grade validator and infrastructure operator running 50+ networks with $420M+ in delegated stake. Founded in 2019 with a perfect no-slashing record, we operate the full stack — validators, IBC relayers, public RPC endpoints, snapshots, and custom chain infrastructure — for protocols, foundations and institutional delegators across the Cosmos, EVM and emerging L1 ecosystems.
